Games for children aged 2 to 8
Play, learn and grow with Huhu the owl
Calm, colourful games for letters, numbers, brain teasers and drawing. No ads and no accounts, and they work offline.
Runs in the browser on tablets, phones and computers. Nothing to download from an app store.
How it works
Pick an age, and the games follow your child
Every game starts at a level that suits the age and then moves towards what your child can do: a little harder when it goes well, a little easier when they get stuck.
Choose an age
A parent picks the child’s age, or all games at once. Age is just a starting point.
Your child plays
Big buttons, clear pictures and an owl that reads the instructions aloud. No reading needed.
Games adapt
No marks and no penalties for mistakes. The level follows how your child is doing.
Games
119 games to play and learn
From catching ladybirds and popping balloons to first letters, times tables and sudoku. Each game shows the ages it suits.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does Huhu work offline?
Yes. It needs the internet only the first time, while the games are saved on the device. After that Huhu works without a connection: in the car, on a plane or on holiday.
How do I install Huhu on an iPad or iPhone?
- Open igraj.huhu.hr in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
Huhu then opens full screen like an app.
How do I install Huhu on Android?
- Open igraj.huhu.hr in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu.
- Choose Install app.
Does Huhu collect data about my child?
No. There is no sign-up, no account, no ads, no analytics and no cookies. Age, adaptations and progress are stored only in the browser on your device. The microphone and camera are not used. See the privacy policy.
How is the English version different?
The whole app is in English, with English words for the letter games, rhymes and sentences. Huhu picks English automatically on a device set to English, and you can switch the language in the parent corner. One quiz about Croatia is only available in Croatian.
How much does it cost?
18 games are free and stay free. The others unlock with a one-time purchase of €9.99: a lifetime licence with all future games and updates, no subscription and no account. Adaptations for children with different needs are always free. Payment in the app is coming soon.
Is Huhu therapy?
No. Huhu is a collection of games for fun and learning. Adaptations make play easier for children with different needs, but the games do not diagnose anything and do not replace a specialist.
