Acceptance

By using Huhu you accept these terms. A parent or guardian sets up and manages the app, and the child uses it under their supervision.

Purpose

Huhu is a collection of games for fun and learning for personal, family use. We will offer separate licences for kindergartens, schools and organisations.

Not a substitute for a specialist

The games support development, but they are not a medical or therapeutic product and do not diagnose anything. For advice about your child’s development, see a specialist.

Free and paid parts

Some games are free and will stay free. The rest are unlocked with a one-time purchase that gives a lifetime licence: no subscription and no repeat payments, and all future games and updates are included. After purchase you receive a licence key by email. One key unlocks up to 5 devices in your family, and it keeps working after clearing browser data or on a new device. The key is for your family and may not be shared or resold.

Refunds

If you are not happy, we refund you within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked: write to [email protected]. Your consumer rights under Croatian law remain unaffected.

Content and copyright

The games, drawings, texts and Huhu the owl belong to BYTEWISE d.o.o. The Nunito and OpenDyslexic fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Availability

We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change and improve the app.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by improper use or use without supervision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
